Yes, that is true... although mukhang attractive and vicinity dahil sa mga facilities na to.

Oh yes! living in a condo as its perks. More so if you chose to live in an urbanized city like San Juan where condos are the basic shelter in the area due to its limited space.

Pros
-cheaper than a house
-could also be a source of income when up for rent(if possible)
-fixed payment maintenance fee
-enjoyable amenities
-accessibility to necessary places
-no need to maintain the garden since it is included in the monthly fee

Cons
-parking spot is not free
-if you're not into following rules, this place is not for you
-hard to sell

You can also add the sometimes exhorbitant association dues.... in BGC, it's already around P120/sqm/month.... BUT you do get to enjoy the pool and gym ;)
