Title: Subdividing (Splitting) a TCT

I'm about to Subdivide a Lot into 2 separate titles. Can someone please let me know the process?

First check your title if subdividing of the lot is allowed...
If yes, consult a licensed geodetic engineer on how best to subdivide the property.
Submit the plans to the bureau of lands for subdividing while coordinating with the register of deeds...

This will be your initial steps...
This also assumes that the owners of the subdivided lots will be the same as the original owner of the initial lot
