May we know your budget?
Lot or house and Lot?
Residential, commercial or agricultural?
RFO or for investment?
Any particular town in Cavite?

I just got mine on a house loan (http://"https://www.ecomparemo.com/housing-loan") in San Juan. I think the neighborhood is actually great.

If you're interested in buying a property in the Philippines (http://www.century-properties.com/), do consider all the factors that can play out here. If you're a foreigner who wants to actually own something here, the law states here that you can't actually be the owner here. There are some exemptions, like the Special Resident Retirees Visa or SRRV, in which a foreigner can have a privileged to acquire something here. You can also have a partnership with a Filipino here to acquire that property that you desired.

If you're a Pinoy, then you can outright buy the property. You also need to consider if there would be a good ROI of your unit in the next coming years after acquiring the said property.

Hope this one helps you out in your decision in buying the property.
