Please help, we are in the process of selling my house and the proposed buyer used a local bank (acquisition and construction loan) Now, after all the property appraisal and valuation of the documents of the buyer, the broker said that the bank requires us to furnish RIGHT OF WAY certification...
Not so sure about this, we went to local assessor's office and LRA but both agencies cannot certify hence, they could only produce map with streets as reference only.
Help, so confused where to get this. Or do we really need this document? As per HLURB, they only certify ROW for national issued projects.
please help...thanks in advance
