Me too didnt pass, i dont know why but most of the questions are the easy one as compare to the May 2015 exam. Anyway, the only hope is for the PRBRES to issue resolution extending the delay of the implementation of the RESA law considering the fact that only few graduates of BS REM will take their diploma this March. Hope they look on this because when i asked two (2) universities (TUA and PCU) offering BSREM here in Manila, they informed me that they decided not to continue to offer the course and still subject to further technical discussion and students who took the course last 2012 shifted to BSBA and others (Trinity Univ. Asia). While in PCU, they scheduled to offer the course this year for the first batch expecting to have graduates by 2020.
I dont know in other colleges and universities in the provinces if they will have plenty of graduates that will take exam this May 2016. Let us pray for this to have another extension since the course is not properly marketed in the tertiary level so that others will appreciate the future of real estate industry.
